English Translation

"(Regarding) the fourth part of the property...
And wishing from the [property] which does not include the [specified items]...
We give to the city the determined twelve drachmas and [the amount] set for public registration, and we request that it be received, signed by him concerning Didymos also called Herakleios, to concede together with this [document] an equal copy also to the [temple or property] of Nanaeus, a copy to Didymos also called Herakleios, so that he himself may know that our rights from it remain as from a public transaction.
If not, [it shall pass] to his full heirs, or if they are minors, to their lawful guardians, whose names shall be indicated at the appropriate places, as is proper.
In the year of Lucius Septimius Severus and Marcus Aurelius Antoninus, Augusti, in the month Choiak, I have signed.
