Translation: † In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

filiorum filiisq(ue) eorum permanere, sub quattuor aureos infiguratos pensione singulis quibusque
Translation: to remain for their sons and their descendants, under the payment of four gold coins, established for each individual.

quam inibi fecerimus, a sanctae vestrae Ravennatis ecclesiae actionariis in superius adfixa pensione quoquo modo debeamus
Translation: which we have made there, we owe in any manner to the agents of your holy church of Ravenna, according to the above-stated payment.

aut dilatione actionariis sanctae vestrae Ravennatis ecclesiae persolvere debeamus, et ne cuiquam praesentem praeceptum
Translation: or we must pay without delay to the agents of your holy church of Ravenna, and let no one challenge this present decree.

nisi propria causa, si contigerit, per iustitiam tantummodo ventilare audeamus.
