ἀπὸ χέρος σιτοφόρου εἰς σιτοφόρον ἄρουραν μίαν καὶ περὶ τὸ Ἑρμοκράτους ἐποίκιον τῆς προ τοπαρχίας τοῦ αὐτοῦ νομοῦ ἀρούρας τρεῖς καὶ περὶ Ἴστρου ἐποίκιον τῆς αὐτῆς τοπαρχίας ὁμοίως ἀρούρας τέσσαρα καὶ περὶ Ν[α] ὁμοίως ἀρόύρας τρεῖς καὶ περὶ Σιναρὺ καὶ Ταλαὼ ὁμοίως ἀρούρας ἑπτὰ καὶ περὶ Ἐπιη ὁμοίως ἀρούρας τέσσαρα καὶ περὶ Θμοινεψῶ(βθιν) ὁμοίως ἀρούρας τρεῖς · (γίνονται) ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτὸ (ἄρουραι) κε, ἐφʼ ᾧ παραδείχθεις ταύτας διαγράψωι ἐπὶ τὴν [ἐ]πὶ τῶν τόπων δημοσίαν τράπεζαν τὴν κεκριμένην τιμὴν ἑκάστης ἀρούρης ἀργυρίου (δραχμῶν) ιβ, ἕξω δὲ εἰς τὴν τούτων ἀναγωγὴν καὶ κατεργασίαν ἀτέλειαν ἔτη τρία ἀπὸ τοῦ πέμπτου [ἔ]τους Νέρωνος Κλαυδίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Αὐτοκράτορος μεθʼ ἃ τ[ε]λέσω τῆς ἐν σπόρῳ φανησομένης ἑκάστης ἀρούρης πυροῦ ἀρτάβην μίαν καὶ τὸ ναύβιον, πρὸς ἕτερον δὲ οὐδὲν ἁπλῶς παρενοχληθήσομαι, μὲν[ε]ῖ δέ μοι καὶ ἐγγόνοις καὶ τοῖς παρʼ ἐμοῦ μεταλημψομένοις ἡ τ[ού-]των κράτησις καὶ κυρία ἀναφαίρετος ἐπὶ τὸν αἰεὶ χρόνον. ἐὰν οὖν φ[αίνη-]ται, συνταγήσεται οἷς καθήκει ἕκα[σ]τα ἐπιτελεῖν ὃν τρόπον ἁρ[μόζει].

"In the year of Nero Claudius Caesar, the one who has been appointed regarding the law, I wish to purchase from the public land, free from all obligations, the following lands: one aroura and regarding the Hermocrates, three arouras of the same district, and regarding the Istrus, four arouras of the same district, and regarding Na, three arouras likewise, and regarding Sinari and Talau, seven arouras likewise, and regarding Ephe, four arouras likewise, and regarding Thmoinops, three arouras likewise. (They are) to be counted as the same (arouras). Therefore, I will write down these lands to be transferred to the public treasury, the fixed price of each aroura being twelve drachmas of silver. Furthermore, I will have an exemption from the collection and processing for three years from the fifth year of Nero Claudius Caesar, the August German Emperor, with which I will complete the necessary arrangements for each aroura of wheat that appears, one arta, and the shipping fee, and I will not be disturbed in any other way. Moreover, the rights and authority of those who will inherit from me will be unalterable for all time. Therefore, if it appears, it will be arranged according to what is appropriate for each to fulfill in the manner that is fitting."
