Year 28 of Daisios, 16 of the Egyptians, and it is recorded that Nikaios, son of Charixenus, an Achaean, exists in the city of Herakleia within the walls, near the goose pastures in the sacred land, a garden of three and a fourth of an eighth, as the royal scribes report. within the walls near the goose-pastures, in the sacred land, a garden measuring three and one-eighth arouras,
as the royal scribes report. Of this (land), I pay the tenth (tithe) to the temple of Herakles.
I estimate the produce at two hundred drachmas.
