Demetrius, son of Dionysius, acknowledges that the soldiers of Agathinus in Persia, as the agreement states, owe him nine talents of bronze coinage and the interest from these. The amount due to him, which he lent to both himself and Theon, son of Theon, in the eighth and thirtieth year, on the fifth day of Tybi, while residing in Alexandria, is fifteen talents of bronze. Furthermore, he shall not be called upon nor shall he call upon Demetrius regarding the loan of the fifteen talents or concerning any part of them or regarding the interest in any manner whatsoever, from any collateral of the loan. The action shall be for Demetrius from Theon regarding the remaining talents, six in total.
If Demetrius should come forward, calling upon him regarding the aforementioned or any other matters concerning him, let the approach to him and to anyone involved in this matter be void, and let Demetrius owe Agathinus twenty talents of bronze coinage and the damages, equal to the royal amount.
