To Andromachus, the general of Arsinoe, from Polemon, regarding the division through Sabinus, who has been the gymnasiarch and is succeeding in the matters concerning the command, from Kronion of Cheos, from the village of Teptynes. I have placed my female black donkey in the metropolis of Akousarios, which I wished to receive from Akousarios. I have taken it from her as it suddenly escaped into the Teptynes from her courtyard. Therefore, when I arrived in Teptynes, I did not find the donkey, I request to be allowed to take the Akousarian to you in order to receive the donkey, so that I may be helped by you. When I wished to take it back from Akousarion,

that Akousarion be brought before you
so that I may recover the donkey,
and thus be assisted by you.
