"As for the tax that I will measure to the new clean measure of the Athenians, I will establish the same tax in your house in Hermopolis. I will execute the water supply for my two living beings and expenses, and I will irrigate it without disdain, in which you will take the geographer and the produce of the plants and palms that are there, and for the handwork and all my vineyard work and care. I will also dig the same vineyard fifth every year without disdain. I will provide annually a small report and a plate full of various foods and thirty loaves of bread without disdain. The lease is valid. As it is stated, Aurelius Kyros, son of Iacchus, having been honored from Hermopolis, I wrote on his behalf, being unlettered. I testify to the lease, having heard from the appointed one. Aurelius [I testify] having heard from the appointed one."
