Therefore, receiving the present letters, you will wish to understand them with all brevity; concerning us — having brought with yourself those whom we have named to you, the men of your administration in our earlier letters — not only that but also a record according to the district of the existing manhood in it, and if there is anything through them, a deletion — and if there is anything that exists for each in the vineyards and in the sown land — and if anything has been granted through orders and without orders, and a record of the name and patronymic of the existing exiles in it — simply put, revealing to us in your record all knowledge, not giving any scandal concerning this about yourself. — We have permitted the present apostle not to wait for you unless two or three days until you understand the matters concerning us, instructing those coming down with you from each district of your administration to bring with themselves the account of their district — so that when we seek from them concerning some head, they may be found ready having all knowledge and revelation. — Therefore, you will know that we will not receive from you any word as a pretext. — Henceforth, do not request other letters from us concerning this matter along with the present letters, and may a return understanding cleanse your soul and essence.
