In the name of God, Korra son of Zserich, counselor to Basilios, the governor of the village of Aphrodite, I have learned to inform you about the type we have established for the sake of the return of the exiles of Arsinoe. Indeed, as you know, we have written to you about these matters, and until now you have not sent anything from them, for which reason we are ignorant. Therefore, you will be aware that if you appear, having neglected something in general from our commission, or if we find someone in your administration from whom we have written to you to send, do not let them be born at all, nor let them appear among the living. Henceforth, let us testify against those of your administration who are in pain for the sake of those exiles of Arsinoe. For neither is there any forgiveness nor concession from any of you if someone is found in this place or in the meadow or in the courtyard, as it is stated from the defined exiles of Arsinoe. εἰ μέντοι συνιεῖς. ἤδη γὰρ ὡς γινώσκεις γεγράφηκάμέν σοι περὶ τούτων καὶ μέχρι τῆς δεῦρο τινὰ ἐξ αὐτῶν οὐκ ἐπέμψας· διʼ ἣν αἰτίαν ἀγνοοῦμεν.

In the name of God. Korra, son of Szerich, counselor, to Basilios, administrator of the village Aphrodito:
Take care to learn the instruction which we have set forth concerning the expulsion of the fugitives from the Arsinoite nome.
If indeed you understand—for as you already know, we have written to you about these matters, and up to now you have not sent any of them, for which reason we are unaware.
Therefore, be aware that if you appear to have neglected anything at all from our command, or if we find anyone in your administration from among those whom we have written to you to send away, it would have been better for you never to have been born nor to appear among the living.
Therefore, solemnly warn those under your administration diligently concerning these same fugitives from the Arsinoite nome.
For there will be neither pardon nor concession for any of you if anyone is found in this place or in a farmstead or courtyard ... as has been stated from the established rules concerning the expulsion of fugitives from the Arsinoite nome.
Therefore, as has been said, guard yourself carefully along with those under your administration, for according to our present letter, by the command of God, we are sending our messenger who is obligated to investigate thoroughly concerning such fugitives, wherever they may be, and whoever is found harboring any of those designated fugitives will perish.
