Remembering the commandments of your
piety,

but I have deemed Galos worthy in all things to

English Translation

To the beloved father Apa Papnouthios,
Ausonios.
Remembering the commands of your piety,
I summoned Horos from Philonikos and reminded him,
and I asked Gallos to remind me in all things,
so that I may demonstrate my earnestness as far as possible.
Therefore, I greatly beseech you to give instructions concerning this and all matters.
Remember me in your holy prayers.
May God preserve you in good health and praying for us, beloved father.
