ἀμφοτέρας μετὰ κυρίου συγγενοῦς

παρὰ Τρύφονος τοῦ Ἤλιτος καὶ Ἡρᾶ τῆς Πατύνεως τῶν δύο ἀπὸ κώμης Κερκευσίρεως Πολέμωνος μερίδος, τῆς Ἡρᾶ μετὰ κυρίου τοῦ ἀδελφιδοῦς
βουλόμεθα μισθώσασθαι παρʼ ὑμῶν ἐξ ἀλληλεγγύης
τὰς ὑπαρχούσας ὑμῖν κοινῶς περὶ τὴν προκειμένην κώμην Κερκεύσιριν κλήρου ἀρουρας ἑπτὰ ἥμισυ τέταρτον ἢ ὅσαι ἐὰν ὦσι, ἐν δυσὶ σφραγῖσι, ὧν πρωτη σφραγῖδος ἀροῦραι τέσσαρες ἥμισυ τέταρτον, δευτερα σφραγῖδος ἀροῦραι τρεῖς, πάσας προγεωργουμένας ὑπὸ τοῦ τῆς Ἡρᾶ ἀνδρὸς Πατύνεως τοῦ Μάρωνος, εἰς ἔτη τέσσαρα ἀπὸ τοῦ ἰσιόντος πρώτου καὶ εἰκοστοῦ ἔτους Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος
τοῦ κυρίου, τὸ μὲν πρῶτον καὶ τρίτον ἔτος τῆς μισθώσεως τὰς μὲν τρῖς ἀρούρας καὶ ἥμισυ μέρος τῶν τεσσάρων ἡμίσους τετάρτου ἀρουρῶν εἰ σπορὰν πυροῦ, τὸ δὲ λοιπὸν ἡμεσυ εἰ σπορὰν χόρτου καταβρώματος προβάτων καὶ κοίτης, ὧν ἐκφορίου ἐπὶ τὴν διετίαν καθʼ ἔτος, σὺν αἷς χωρηγεῖται μοι σπέρμασι πυροῦ ἀρτάβαις πέντε, τοῦ παντὸς κατʼ ἔτος πυροῦ ἀρταβῶν καὶ φόρου ἀργυρίου δραχμῶν ὀκτὼ, τὸ δὲ δεύτερον καὶ τέταρτον τὸ μὲν ἡμεσυ μέρος τῶν τεσσάρων ἡμίσους τετάρτου ἀρουρῶν εἰ σπορὰν πυροῦ, τὸ δὲ λοιπὸν ἥμισυ καὶ τὰς τρῖς ἀρούρας εἰ σπορὰν χόρτου καταβρώματος προβάτων καὶ κοιτασμῶν, ὧν ἐκφορίου ἐπὶ τὴν διετίαν καθʼ ἕκαστον ἔτος, σὺν αἷς χωρηγεῖται μοι σπέρμασι πυροῦ ἀρτάβαις δυσὶ ἡμίσι, τοῦ παντὸς καθʼ ἕκαστον ἔτος πυροῦ ἀρταβῶν εἴκοσι τεσσάρων καὶ φόρου ἀργυρίου δραχμῶν
ἐπὶ τὴν τετράετίαν κεφαλαίου πάντων μέτρω ἑξαχοινίκῳ Κερκευσιρεω ἀνυπολόγων καὶ ἀκινδύνων ἄγοντες τὰ τῶν ἀρουρῶν γεωργικὰ ἔργα πάντα ἐκ τοῦ ἰδίου τοῖς δέουσι καιροῖς, βλάβος μηδὲν ποιοῦντες καὶ τὰ κατʼ ἔτος ἐκφόρια ἀποδώσομεν ἐν μηνὶ Παινι ἐφʼ ἅλωι νέα καθαρὰ ἄδωλα κεκοσκινευμένα, τῶν μὲν δημοσίων φολέτρων ἐπισπουδασμοῦ ὄντων πρὸς ἡμᾶς Ἡρᾶν καὶ Τρύφονα, τῆς δὲ τῶν ἐκφορίων παραγωγῆς πρὸς ὑμᾶς Ἑλενοῦν καὶ Διδυμάριον, ἐστὶν δὲ παρʼ ἐμοὶ τῇ Ἡρᾷ ἡ κατʼ ἀρούραν ἀρταβία καὶ ναύβιον τῶν τριῶν ἀρουρῶν καὶ τῆς ὅλης ἐπιβολῆς ἀρκαὶ σπέρματα τῆς τοῦ ἰσιόντος ἔτους κατασπορᾶς τῶν σιτοσφόρων ἀρουρῶν καὶ μετὰ τὸν χρόνον παραδώσωμεν τὰς ἀρούρας καθαρὰς ἀπὸ θρύου καλαμῶν ἀγρώστεως δίσης πάσης, βεβαιώσις δὲ ἡμᾶς πάσῃ βεβαιώσει ἀπὸ πάντων τῶν δημσίων, ἐὰν φαίνηται μισθῶσαι.
