Having (the) wife of me, Charitotos, of Asclepius towards Sinth, Achilles concerning the deposit of the fields, the (of) the debts concerning the land towards the (that) which is owed, the capital and of me, Apollonius, the avenger, being from whom I made the (the) constitution was judged together with the opponent against Claudius Sara, the chief judge, but the returning (one) does not remain with the judged. Therefore, I demand if it seems to write to the general of the law to compel the judged to be (to) Sinth to be under the chief judge Apollonios, the judged, (and) to be (to) the benefactor. Since my wife Charito, daughter of Ask(las), has a dispute with Sinth(...),
Achilles concerning a mortgage of ⟦arouras⟧

and since I, Apollonios, am her legal representative,
from the time I made the petition,
I was judged together with the opposing party
before Claudius Sara(...), the chief judge.
But the opposing party, appealing again, does not abide by the judgments made.
