δρᾷχμας οὐσίας ὀκτὼ ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἀποδῷ καθὰ γέγραπται ἐξέστω τῷ Ὠφελᾶτι κου καὶ πρς ἐνβαδεύειν τὰς προκειμένας ἀρούρας καὶ κρατεῖν σὺν τοῖς παρʼ αὐτοῦ μεταληψομένοις εἰς τὸν ἅπαντα χρόνον καὶ ἀποφέρσθαι τὰ ἐξ αὐτῶν κατʼ ἔτος γινόμενα καὶ τῶνωσε δανεισμεν ρη μὴτε ἐπὶ τὸν Ὠφελᾶν μήτε ἐπὶ τοὺς παρʼ αὐτου μήτε ἐπὶ τὰς ἀρούρας μηδὲ ἐπὶ μέρος μηδὲ ἐπὶ τὰ ἐξ αὐτῶν γινόμενα τρόπῳ μηδενεί, ἀλλὰ καὶ ἐπάναγκον παρέξεσθαι τῷ Ὠφελᾶτι καὶ τοῖς παρʼ αὐτοῦ τὰς τρεῖς ἀρούρας διὰ παντὸς βεβαίας ἀπὸ πάντων πάσῃ βεβεώσει καθαρὰς ἀπὸ δημοσίων καὶ τῶν ἄλλων τελεσμάτων πάντων ἀπὸ τῶν ἔμπροσθεν χρόνων μέχρι τῆς σεσημαμμένης προθεσμίας καὶ αὐτῆς τῆς προθεσμίας, ἐὰν δέ τι τούτων ὁ δεδανεισμένος παρασυνγραφῇ ἄκοιρον ἔστω καὶ προσαποτεισάτω τῷ Ὠφελᾶτι ἢ τοῖς παρʼ αὐτοῦ καθʼ ὃ ἐὰν παρασυνγραφῇ εἶδος τό τε βλάβος καὶ ἐπίτιμον ἀργυρίου δρᾷχμας τριακοσίας καὶ εἰς τὸ δημόσιον τὰς ἴσας, τὸ δὲ ἀργύριον παραχρῆμα μεθʼ ἡμιολίας σὺν τοῖς καθήκουσι χρόνου ἀφʼ οὗ ἐὰν παρασυνγραφῇ τόκοις καὶ ἡ πράξις ἔστω τῷ Ὠφελᾶτι ἐκ τοῦ δεδανεισμένου καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων αὐτῷ πάντων καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης. τῶν τελῶν καὶ καταλοχισμῶν τῆς ἐσομένης ἀμφοτέρους ἐξ ἴσου διὰ τὸ αὐτοὺς δεδωκέναι τοὺς καταλοχισμούς καὶ τὰ τῆς θέσεως.
