I lease from you concerning the village of Tebetny from Demosthenes' estate (land) for the sowing of vegetable seeds into the seed of the current year at half of the produce of the crops that will be harvested, to me, the lessee, half of the whole instead of what I deposit into the land of seeds and all the produce from the sowing until the gathering and harvesting, and to you, Famaitis, the remaining half instead of public land and taxes. After the harvest, we shall receive the remaining portion equally.
You will provide me in the sowing three pairs of oxen, which are public land belonging to you, Famaitis, and I have acknowledged this when asked. The lease is valid.
