Aurelius Plutarch, who also was Ammonius, having served as gymnasiarch, a councilor of the illustrious and most illustrious city of Oxyrhynchus, to Aurelius Kopreus, son of Theonides, from the same city, a resident of the city, concerning the statues of our lord Probus the Augustus and of Nike, for the current year from the properties belonging to him regarding the Ision Pagga, the land from the estate of Nepos in a place called Peklbh in two places of arable land, from geometry so that these may be deposited in a linen tube, tax per arable land at a rate of six hundred drachmas. The lease is secured against all danger, of the public lands belonging to the landowner until he receives the tax. The lessee is obliged to pay the tax to the Ephebe in the current year without delay, the transaction being in accordance with the lessee and from all the properties belonging to him as is appropriate. The lease concerning which the lessee was questioned has been acknowledged.
