Translation into English

To Aurelius Horion, a councilor and librarian, from the records of Arsinoites,
from Aurelia Tapaitos, son of Papnouthios, mother of Thai,
from the village of Philadelphia of the district of Heracleides, without the lord's property,
according to the customs of the Romans, justly for children. I have purchased
the property here in Arsinoe
on the present day in the same village of Philadelphia, a small house,
with the existing mill in which it is located,
for the price of three thousand silver drachmas
from Aurelius Titus Valerius Gaius,
son of Titus Valerius Satrianus,
and of Serenus, mother of Julia Antinoeous, and as it is being recorded,
not registered. Therefore, I am delivering
for the purpose of the deposit to be made, as I have set forth in the document
of the transaction. For whenever I make his registration,
I will show
that it exists and is pure, held by no one,
but if it should appear
to belong to another or to be previously occupied,
the property shall not be an obstacle
from this deposit.
