English Translation

For only the second year of Emperor Caesar Nerva Trajan Augustus Germanicus, the total rent being forty silver drachmas, which I will pay back in equal installments in the month of Phamenoth and the month of Kaisareios, having authority to carry out the fuller's work in the [...] and the room; and after the time I will hand over the house clean from all impurity, together with the existing doors and locks, provided it appears according to all the aforementioned conditions, without subletting and without damage.
