English Translation

In the 6th year of Emperor Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrian Antoninus Augustus Pius, on the 18th of Epeiph,
in the account of Pauni, Harpalos, son of Amo( ), from Keratos,
whose mother is Berenike,
paid for the poll-tax of the sixth year at the Apollonios encampment:
twenty drachmas, total 20, plus an additional ten bronze obols.
