Copy of the record from the year 7 of the Emperor Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrianus Antoninus, the Most Esteemed Eusebius Athyr.
Of Socrates, with the lord of his relative Sarapion, son of Seuthus Pasio, it is stated that he owes him forty silver drachmas and twenty white drachmas.
And they shall contribute to each other all that is necessary, and the clothing as it pertains to a woman in accordance with the means of life. And upon the separation, Pasio shall return to Chairemonis the agreed upon payment, and the tunic at the same valuation.

Chairemonis, [daughter of -ca.?-] Socrates, with her guardian [her relative] Sarapion, son of Seuthes, to Pasion [ -ca.?- ]:
[She acknowledges] that she has received from Chairemonis herself a dowry of forty silver drachmas and a white tunic valued at twenty drachmas.
And they shall live together, with Pasion providing her with all necessities and clothing, as is appropriate for a lawful wife, according to his means.
And in the event of separation, Pasion shall return to Chairemonis the aforementioned dowry, and the tunic at its equivalent valuation.
