Translation into English

To Antaios, overseer of Philadelphian affairs, from Demetrios the Kephalon. I am wronged by Pasinosirios and Theodotos the Apytos and Horos, son of Pesaios, the desert guard. Pasinosiris owes me for the honor of olives (drachmas) and from the month of Mecheir of the 12th year, having given as a deposit a hidden item and a cloak and a small amount of silver (drachmas), and he has not yet delivered it to the present day, having arranged to bring it to the next. The other Theodotos, having given as a deposit a tunic and a cloak for drachmas, which he similarly owes for the honor of olives, does not release either, having arranged likewise for the next day. Horos, owing from the same month for the honor of wine, bronze (drachmas), and having given a tunic as a deposit, does not release either. Therefore, I request to summon them and let them not delay any longer and now to release them by signing, so that they may not go out to the one who has been wronged in the future regarding the deposits. For when this happens, I will obtain what is just. — Good luck.
