Φιλα-δελφείας παρὰ Δημητρίου τοῦ Κεφάλονος. ἀδικοῦμαι ὑπὸ Πασινοσίριός \τινος/ καὶ Θεοδότου \τοῦ Ἀπύτου/ καὶ Ὥρου \υἱοῦ Πεσάϊος/ ἐρη-μοφύλακος. ὁ μὲν Πασινο-σῖρις ὀφείλων μοι πρὸς τι-μὴν ἐλάας (δραχμὰς) Ατ ⟦καὶ⟧ ἀπὸ ε τοῦ Μεχεὶρ τοῦ ιβ (ἔτους) καὶ δεδωκὼς πρὸς ταύτας ὑπόθεμα (* ) κρήφιον καὶ ἄμην καὶ ὁρμίσκον καὶ ἀργυρίου ἐπισή-μου (δραχμὰς) δ οὐδʼ ἕως τοῦ νῦν κομίζεται ταξά-μενος εἰς τὴν ἐχομέ-νην. ὁ δὲ ἄλλος Θεόδο-τος δεδωκὼς ὑπόθε-μα (* ) χιτῶνα καὶ κώθωνα πρὸς δρα-χμὰς υοε ἃς προσ-ωφείλησεν ὁμοίως πρὸς τιμὴν ἐλάας (* ) οὐδʼ οὗτος ἀπολύει ταξάμενος ὡσαύτως εἰς τὴν ἐχομένην ἡμέ-ραν. ὁ δὲ Ὧρος ὀφείλων ἀπὸ τοῦ αὐτοῦ μηνὸς πρὸς τιμὴν οἴνου χαλκοῦ (δραχμὰς) τμ καὶ δεδωκὼς χιτῶνα ὑπόθεμα (* ) οὐδʼ οὗτος απολύει. διὸ ἀξιῶ προσκαλέσασθαι αὐτοὺς καὶ ἐάμ (* ) μὴ ὑπομένω-σιν ἔτι καὶ νῦν ἀπο-λύειν ὑπογράψασθαι ἵνα μηκέξι (* ) ἐξῆι τῶι ἀπειπαμένωι ἐξ ὑστέ-ρου ἐπιπορεύεσθαι ὑ-πὲρ τῶν ὑποθεμάτων (* ). τούτου γὰρ γενομένου τεύ-ξομαι τῶν δικαίων.—— εὐτύχει.

To Antaios, overseer of Philadelphian affairs, from Demetrios the Kephalon. I am wronged by Pasinosirios and Theodotos the Apytos and Horos, son of Pesaios, the desert guard. Pasinosiris owes me for the honor of olives (drachmas) and from the month of Mecheir of the 12th year, having given as a deposit a hidden item and a cloak and a small amount of silver (drachmas), and he has not yet delivered it to the present day, having arranged to bring it to the next. The other Theodotos, having given as a deposit a tunic and a cloak for drachmas, which he similarly owes for the honor of olives, does not release either, having arranged likewise for the next day. Horos, owing from the same month for the honor of wine, bronze (drachmas), and having given a tunic as a deposit, does not release either. Therefore, I request to summon them and let them not delay any longer and now to release them by signing, so that they may not go out to the one who has been wronged in the future regarding the deposits.
