To Titus Aterius Nepoti,
[to the] governor of Egypt,
from Sarapoutos Petnētos of Tithoitos,
of those from the village of Karanidos of Arsinoe.
My husband Peteeus from the same village
passed away, leaving behind
two orphaned children, Theona
and [
]
a daughter and food
properties and real estate,
all of which are being violently
claimed by [
] my brother of the deceased.
Furthermore, he himself entered
[the house] at night
and took everything that was in the house
[
] by force.
From there, they brought forth the chief of the village
[who] wrote down that the aforementioned
brother is the one who has come.
Therefore, I have made this request
[
] to hear my plea
[
] to [
]
so that you may be benefactor.
[May you] take care of this.
