To the accountant of the common (or public) horsemen, concerning the hundredth part of the harvest, which is due until the year of the grain, and this being changed, the life of us who have given a memorandum to Pankrates, the chief guard, and to the assembly's demand for the grain, and having written to Apollonius, the previous accountant, concerning the matters of Atarrhiai and Nikanor, all the produce of the land belonging to us, and not to be given back, should be presented until the year of the harvest.
To Diogenes, who has come to you in Kerkesoucha, concerning the portion of the war, about which the lot is, and having been gathered, the produce should be presented. And if they think it is time to compel you, they will do so.
Of the village of Diogenes, more than those who are in the land, and those who are with us, the lot should be presented until the year of the grain, which is the produce of the harvest.
We should carry and not, concerning Atarrhiai and Nikanor, having spoken against him, let the orphan, being our comrade, who has been in debt, be described from the horsemen and deprived of paternal power due to the greed of the bad overseers.
When this has happened, we will obtain justice. Good luck.
