I wish to rent from you for only the current year, the year of the Lord Antoninus Caesar, the property of yours in the village of Teptyn, of the mules, in which there are two real machines and a cutting tool, for a total tax of two hundred silver drachmas, of which I will make the payment in six months equally, to me, Olbanos, being of the so-called final settlement of the double livestock, being of the pelocheikos towards you, likewise of the requested repair of the mule; if it seems appropriate to rent.
