To Ptollarion, son of Ptollarion (who has served as gymnasiarch), a minor acting through his guardian Sabinus (who has also served as gymnasiarch), from Onnophris, son of Kronion, grandson of Pakebkis, from the village of Tebtynis, and from Eudaimon, son of Maximus, grandson of Hermes, from the quarter of Tameia, the two of us wish to lease from you for four years, starting from the current sixth year of Antoninus and Verus, the Lords Augusti, near the village of Tebtynis, two and a half arouras of land, or however many there may be. The first and third years are for sowing fodder, with an annual rent of twenty-four drachmas in silver, without seed provided. The second and fourth years are for sowing barley, with an annual rent for these two years, including the barley seed we will receive, of two artabas of barley per year, measured by your own six-choenix measure, all without further accounting.
