After a lengthy dispute, we chose the common arbitrators of the first rank of Syene, who, having heard the matters disputed between us, recognized that you held nothing at all of our paternal property. For confirmation and complete release from the dispute raised by us against you, and to prevent any future litigation against you by us, they decided that we should accept a sworn statement that nothing of our paternal property remained with you.
Therefore, having accepted from you the solemn and fearful oath upon the divine, pure, and revered relics that you have appropriated absolutely nothing of our paternal property, we have come to this agreement of settlement, by which we, the aforementioned Victor, Paeion, and Tsia, voluntarily, willingly, and without deceit, fear, force, fraud, compulsion, or coercion, first acknowledge and accept from you the sacred oath upon the holy and immaculate relics that you hold nothing of our father's property, even to the smallest extent. Furthermore, we declare that we have no claim against you, the aforementioned Jacob, our brother, nor shall we have any claim regarding the property left by our aforementioned father Dios, nor concerning any matter whatsoever related to our paternal inheritance, whether small or great, known or unknown, mentioned or unmentioned, brought forward or not, included or not included in this settlement.
