I acknowledge that I should grant you a favor that is unchangeable and irrevocable, on account of the goodwill you have shown towards me, from the existing burial rights in Kyse with the other villages of Kyse, a fourth part from now until forever, and it shall not be permitted for me or anyone else of mine to transfer you regarding this grant, because it has been thus granted to me. And this favor, let it be simple and secure as if it were inscribed in public and, when questioned, I have acknowledged it.
