Psennesis, son of Horus, grandson of Senamounis, whose mother is Claudia, undertaker from Kysis(?), to Polydeuces, also called Mersis, freedman of Petechon, and to Petosiris, both undertakers of Petechon from Hibis, greetings. I acknowledge that I have transferred to you from now and forever half of the service and funeral duties concerning the burial of people who will die in the village of Pmounesis of Kysis and who dwell in the same estates, concerning whom we deliver to you the rights and allow you to receive the service that has come down to me by inheritance from my father Horus, for the price which I have received from you today in full, three hundred drachmas of silver (total 300 drachmas). On these terms I am satisfied and convinced, and I will confirm this to you with every confirmation against any future claim, and whenever you wish, I will register this simple sale publicly. Let it be valid and secure as if recorded in public archives. Upon being questioned, I have acknowledged this.

I, Aurelius Basileides, also called Sarapiodoros, wrote on his behalf, having been asked, and wrote the body of the text.
(Third hand) Aurelius Apion, son of Sarapion, I witness.
(Fourth hand) Aurelius Dionysides, I witness.
