[During the reign of Ptolemy and Cleopatra and Tryphaena, the gods Philopator and Philadelphus, in the year of the common era as it is written in Alexandria, in the month of Apellaios and Phaophis (hand 2) 15 (hand 1) in the city of Oxyrhynchus of Thebaid. Sarapion son of Apollonius, a Macedonian, rented from the inhabitants, the horsemen of Apollonios and Pan, the two from the street of Cleopatra Aphrodite from the same lot which he has concerning Sepho, fifteen arouras into the one tenth year, so that three arouras in the lot of Diocles may be sown, and of the ten arouras of Philon, half shall be sown with barley and the other half with beans, and the produce shall be calculated geometrically from the given into the sowing of four artabas of grain.
