from Aurelius Ktistos, son of Rhouphus, mother of Dionysia and of the son of Ptolemaios, mother of Taurios, both from the illustrious and most illustrious city of Oxyrhynchus and Pelousium of Herakleios,
from the village of Tanaios, we are to receive a rental for one year,
still from the sixth year of the present time, all the vineyard works that are yours concerning the village of Tanai,
of the vineyard estate and the incoming reed, as much as each one is of the arourae,
we, those around Aurelius Ktistos, according to half, and I, the Pelousian, according to the other half, which are the works of the vineyard,
the tiling of the reed, collection and transport of it, fair woodcutting,
binding and tying,
gathering of leaves and removal of

turning, and writing, and of the reed work being towards you, the landowner, and of this service being towards us, of the other works being with respect to us, which are
the digging, grafting, the work of the farm, measurement, taking up, the leaf studies that are needed, of the reeds, the cutting of each reed, continuous watering and herb tending, and also to stand by you in the estate and in the reed before the donkeys that are being loaded towards where the soil needs to be thrown, and we will make the

we will mix the wine in the sunroom and we will anoint and we will place and we will divide and we will guard as much as is in the sunroom, the payment of all the preceding works of silver drachmas of four hundred and fifty and of wheat ten and of wine from the four jars, as we will receive the rents according to the part according to the progress of the works.
And likewise we expect to rent for one year [one harvest] of the things in the old vineyard of the date palms and all the fruit trees, for which we will complete the removals of the date palm, one half of the green arta, one half of the pressed arta, one half of the crushed arta, one half of the black olives, five hundred of the Persian select, fifteen of the yellow, summer figs up to four hundred,
winter five hundred, [sikydia?] white four. And also the additional pomarium from the south of the village likewise upon the above rents we will take care of and we will do the watering, the botany and all the other works according to the season, of this reed work alone and of the laying of the soil being towards you, the landowner, free from all danger. And if we are assured of the acceptance, we will do all the vineyard and pomarium and reed works according to the season promptly and pleasantly, of your following all, and we will deliver the extraordinary at the proper time without delay, and after the time we will deliver the rented things, having taken care of the works and from the thorns and herbs and all the weeds, being done to you of the action from us, as it is fitting.
