To Aurelius Sarapion, who is also Ammonius, priest and chief judge, and to the administration of the financiers and the other judges, from Aurelius Sarapion, son of Theon, of Diogenes, mother Sarapoutos, from the city of Oxyrhynchus, and from Aurelius Morus, son of Saratos, mother of Sisoi, and Penierakos, son of Taartheon, both from the same city, and from Penierakos, without the lord's financial dealings according to Roman customs, justly for the children.
Both Morus and Penierakos agree to have sold to Sarapion from now on for all time the half share of the property that they have in the same city, on the crossroad of the street of Therius, and all the revenues and expenses, of which the whole is the neighbor of the southern Saratos, the northern of the one being sold and of his brother, previously of Heron and the partners, a public stream. The agreed upon amounts for the payment of the same half share of the property and all the revenues of the silver of the Augustan coinage, one hundred sixty drachmas, they have retained there by the one being sold through the hand of the full amount.
Therefore, Sarapion shall have and hold with his descendants and those who will receive from him the half share of his property and all the revenues and shall have the authority to manage and administer concerning him, to whom if they choose in any way they shall not be able to take from Morus and Penierakos nor anyone else concerning them in any way, nor shall they provide the half share of the property clean from the registration of men and royal and substantial land and all kinds of debts and all public and private debts and from any other whatsoever. Everything that shall come in any way shall be removed or produced for the sake of the share.
They shall immediately be at their own expenses as if from a judgment. Concerning these things, thus it has been rightly and well established, the one being sold has asked, and those who are giving have acknowledged.
