ἡμᾶς ἐξ ἀλληλεγ’γύης τοὺς ἀποδομέ̣ν̣ου̣ς καὶ διαδόχους ἡμῶν καὶ κληρονόμους καὶ διακατόχους̣ ἀποστήσιν καὶ ἐκδικήσιν παραχρῆμα ἰ̣δίοις ἀναλώμασι καὶ δαπανήμασι καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης.
εἰ δὲ ἐμ μετανοίᾳ γενώμεθα̣ ἐπὶ τῇ διαπράσει ἢ αὐτὸς ἐμ μετανοίᾳ γενομενον ἐπὶ τῇ ἀγορασίᾳ ἐπάναγκες τὸν ἐμ μετανοίᾳ γενόμενον παρασχεῖν τῷ ἐμμένοντι μέρι λόγῳ προστίμου χρυσοῦ ο[ὐγκί]α[ν] μ̣ίαν . κυρ̣ία ἡ πρᾶ̣σ[ι]ς ἁπλῆ γραφεῖσα κ[α]ὶ ἐπερωτηθέν̣τες ὡ̣μολογήσαμεν καὶ ἀπελ̣ύ̣σ̣α̣μ̣[εν].

We have agreed that we have received from you the full amount, which we have counted by hand, regarding which we have agreed to be paid in full, from now on you shall have control over it and over all those who are associated with it, and you shall have the authority to manage, to administer it as you see fit, without hindrance, which we also promise to provide you with certainty and to be free from all debts and claims, and all that may come to you or be created for you for this reason or part of it, we are obliged to provide you with solidarity from those who are our successors and heirs and co-owners.
And to refrain from and to seek immediate redress at our own expense and costs as if by law.
If we should repent for the transaction or if we ourselves should repent for the purchase, we are obliged to provide the one who remains with the penalty of one gold unit. The transaction is valid, simply written, and upon being questioned we have agreed and we have released.
