I have given this to you, Serenus, for the purpose of the house being valued by you, and to be recorded in eight hundred drachmas and to be delivered to you from the letter of the most powerful governor, Wessidius, under Hierakos, who was the general in the current twenty-fourth year of Mecheir, thirty thousand drachmas, eight hundred and the subsequent amounts, and the royal amount has been recorded accordingly, which he has transferred to me along with the amounts I have recorded of six hundred drachmas and the remaining drachmas of two hundred, and the additional amounts recorded, I acknowledge according to the address of Epimachus, who was engaged in the sale of the table of Sarapeion in the city of Oxyrhynchus, which I have recorded as it pertains to the valuation and the additional amounts of six hundred thirty-seven drachmas for the interest of sixty-eight drachmas, three copper coins, the amounts for the same being seven hundred five drachmas, three copper coins, and I have no claim against you nor will I make any claim regarding this or any other matter until the present time, and if any inquiry arises regarding this to you or those who will receive from you, I myself will take this up.
