To Lucius Diogenes, and as he manages affairs on behalf of Amoiatas Dionysius from the city of Oxyrhynchus of the Persians, of the urgent matter. I undertake to cultivate the land for four years, four harvests from the current year of the Emperor Antoninus, from the royal lands recorded for him concerning Sinkefa, from the Dedus lot of arable land, six and a half quarters, so that these may be sown in the 15th and 17th years and may be harvested, as chosen, without tax on the seeds, from the export of ten vegetable seeds per year, and in the 16th and last two years to sow wheat, from the export of forty wheat seeds per year, with a contribution of one jar of wine per year, which shall be deposited in common, without risk of loss of the annual export, of the public lands concerning the land rented to the one who also has dominion over the fruits until the annual exports are collected. The one who has been rented shall always deliver the annual exports to Pauni in the month of the new vegetable seeds from the harvests of Sinkefa, pure and unadulterated, and the wheat of the current year shall be measured annually into the public treasury of Sinkefa and shall deliver the pure subject of these from all expenses.
