of the Scythian and all the partners from the same city. We confess, swearing the venerable divine oath of our unyielding lords,
all the care and service and the usual watering, without interruption,
to be necessarily performed from the greater command given recently
to our houses on the road to Psis, for the purpose of giving life and flourishing always, and also the keeping and guarding
of the enclosure of the same Persian, to be done so that no blame may follow

We acknowledge, swearing by the revered divine oath of our invincible lords, the emperors, that we will continuously and necessarily undertake all care and service and the customary irrigations of the newly established peach-tree plantation, according to the greater order recently issued, near our houses on the road of Pses, so that it may flourish and thrive perpetually; and furthermore, we will undertake the guarding and watching over the enclosure of the same plantation, so that no complaint may arise, or else we shall be liable to the divine oath.
