τὸ εἰ νε χρήνα μειου γούμεν ὁ του οὐς δείξῃς οὐκ ἐλάσσονα υσυκοφαντηκεναι φεντων τιμωρία ἐν Ἀλεξ[α]νδρείᾳ
Γάιος Ἀουίδιος Ἡλιόδωρος ἔπαρχος Αἰγύπτου λέγει. ὁρῶ πολλοὺς ἐν- τυγχάνοντάς μοι περὶ τῶν πιπρασκομένων κοινωνιμέων κτημάτων ἄνευ τῆς τῶν κοι- νῶν γνώμης. εἰ μὴ πρότερον διὰ μεταδοσίμων μεταδῷ τοῖς μὲν κοινωνοῖς ἐν ἡμέραις ἑξήκοντα, τοῖς δὲ γείτοσι ἐν ἡμέραις τριάκοντα, ὃς ἐὰν πωλήσῃ μὴ μεταδοὺς αὐτοῖς στερηθήσεται καὶ τῆς τειμῆς χωρὶς τοῦ ἐπιπληχθῆναι. (ἔτους) κα Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου, Θὼθι.
Ἀμμ[ωνι-] αμ πεμφθη αἰτιῶν Διονύσιον Ἑλληνίωνος αντα καὶ αν εἰσαν πρὸς(?) Δημητρίαν Ἀνδρομάχου υτου μέρος πατρῴας οἰκίας ἥν φησιν κοινὴν καὶ ἀδιαίρετον εἶναι ἀποδεδόσθαι αὐτῷ τοῦ τοιούτου κεκωλυμένου, φρόντισον τὴν τειμὴν ἣν καλῇ πίστι ὁ Διονύσιος ἐξωδιάζειν ἔμελλεν ἀριθμοῦντι τῷ Ἀμμω- νίῳ παραδοθῆναι τὸ μέρος.
(ἔτους) κα Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου
"If you show that you are not less than the others, you will not be slandered. The punishment for the slanderers is in Alexandria."
