Titus Paktumios Magnus, governor of Egypt, says: If any signatures happen to have been given in the form of letters, let them come to me before the tribunal or after this decree, let them know that if within ten days they do not receive the signature or the letter, they shall not reap any benefit from it, whether it be for holding or for lawful succession or for a settled conclusion or for collecting debts.
