Onnophris, son of Patsibethos, being a descendant of Sinthes, having been admitted into the settlement of the Lenians, under the authority of the local komogrammateus, I swear by the fortune of the lords, the emperors Septimius Severus and Antoninus and Geta Caesar, to immediately receive the stated need and to fulfill it, being manifest and persevering in not being blamed in any way, or I would be liable to the oath. I have provided as my guarantor Pausiris, son of Paesios, being a descendant of Thaesios, present in the same settlement and consenting.
