Dionysius, son of Diogenes, of the god Theon, Eirenophylakios, who is also Althaieus, to Attius, son of Attius, and of Apollonius, from the city of Oxyrhynchus, greetings. I have received from you the half part of the tax imposed on you for the twelfth year of the reign of the lord Emperor Hadrian, which you have cultivated together with Apollonius and Epaphroditus under a previous lease of Dionysia, daughter of Heracleides, and of her father concerning fifty arouras in Paomus, and of the greater arouras found from geometry, one fourth of the eighth, purchased by me along with other arouras from the aforementioned, and also the half part concerning you of the lease of the sacrifice, eight, of the total tax being twenty-eight drachmas for the aroura, and I do not accuse you of anything at all until the present day. My official document of Dionysius is a receipt. In the thirteenth year of the reign of the Emperor Trajan Hadrian, the Augustus, on the thirtieth of Phamenoth.

I acknowledge receipt from you of the half share due from you of the silver tax for the past twelfth year of our lord Caesar Hadrian, for the land which you cultivated together with Apollonius, son of Epaphroditus, previously leased from Dionysia, daughter of Herakleides, and her father, around Paomis, consisting of fifty arourae and an additional one and three-eighths arourae found by measurement, which I purchased along with other arourae from the aforementioned persons; and also your half share of the eight drachmas agreed upon in the lease. The total tax per aroura is twenty-eight drachmas. I have no further claim against you whatsoever up to the present day. This receipt, written in my own hand, that of Dionysios, is valid. Year thirteen of Emperor Caesar Trajan Hadrian Augustus, 30th of Phaophi.
