Translation into English

To Aurelius Heron, the most esteemed Praepositus, greetings.
Through whom a new letter has been written to us by the melody of my lord,
the steward of the Seven Nomoi, Aurelius Gregory,
he has commanded that many anchors be placed
in the harbors of the epinikia
so that there may be no delay
for the ships that are about to dock
in regard to the entry of these things
due to the order to be sent to Alexandria.
