Translation into English

From Taonnoferios Petemennoferios, mother of Esser-
Soitos, with Lord Pamounios Pamounios, mother of
[from the village] Nesmeime, priest of Ammon,
and of the greatest gods and from Philoxenes, mother of Hero.
With the lord of the man Ammonius, mother of Ammonius,
from the same village. Philoxena grants
the property to Taonnoferios.
The property that belongs to her in the same Nesmeime
in the areas from the south to the sunlit parts of the
same village, a third part from a high place of the village,
half of which is from the northern part, where the neighbors are from the south,
the northern public stream, sunlit, Thonios Pausirios, the Libyan of Tapisoitis.
The agreed terms
for the honor and the grant of the same property
half of silver
of the Augustan coinage, one hundred drachmas, she has taken
from Philoxena from Taonnoferios through her hand in full.
And from now on, Taonnoferios shall hold and rule
with her descendants and those who will inherit from her
for all time and use and manage and execute concerning it as long as
she chooses a way, and Philoxena shall not go against this nor
shall she allow anyone else to do so in any way, but she shall be bound
to Taonnoferios
and to those who will inherit from her and shall provide a clear account
from the registration of men and royal agriculture and of the land of substance
and of every kind and from any other thing whatsoever,
and whoever comes or will make
a claim against Philoxena shall be responsible for her own expenses as
it is just.
Taonnoferios Petemennoferios
grants from Philoxena the property
of the high place and I have given
to her the drachmas of the grant, one hundred as it is stated.
Pamounis Pamounios
is inscribed as her lord and I have written
on her behalf that she is not to be known
in letters.
Philoxena, daughter of Heron, has granted to Taonnoferios
the property
a third part of the high place, half of the village,
and I have taken from her the drachmas of the grant, one hundred
and I will confirm as it is stated.
Ammonius
is inscribed as the lord of the woman and I have written
on her behalf that she is not to be known
in letters.
