Aurelius Heracles Sarapa of the mother of Stephanus from the illustrious and most brilliant city of Oxyrhynchus for a period of two years
from the year of Thoth of the present year of his possessions in the same city on the property of Pammenus Paradise, a house and a courtyard and a garden and all the appurtenances thereof, except for one place being under the [

and of the out of the house lots, rent
per year of four hundred silver drachmas, and the lease being confirmed
the lessee shall pay the annual rent for six months half and shall use the aforementioned house
for the time without hindrance,
after which he shall deliver it clean from dung

the transaction being made by the lessee as is fitting. The lease
concerning which they questioned each other and agreed.
