Aurelians of the Horii and Patermuthis, both overseers of the sale of the great city of Oxyrhynchus, through me, Aurelius Apollonius, secretary to Aurelius Heracleides, to Claudius Asclepiades, the dealer of the substance, formerly of Claudius Isidora, and of Apia, greetings. I have withheld from you under the tax of the great city of the present year the silver drachmas.

Year 13 of the Emperor Caesar Marcus Aurelius, of Seouherus, of Alexander, of Eusebius, of Eutychus, of the August Pachon.

English Translation

Aurelii Horion and Patermouthes, both supervisors of the sale-tax (ὠνή) of clay-land (πελωχικόν) of the city of the Oxyrhynchite nome, through me, Aurelius Apollonius, secretary, to Aurelius Herakleides, merchant (πραγματευτής) of the estate formerly belonging to Claudia Isidora also called Apia, greetings. I have received from you, on account of the clay-land tax for the current 11th year, the specified sum of silver drachmas... I have recorded (this payment).
