Thus, in the fourteenth and fifteenth years, he shall sow with fire, paying thirty half-artabas of wheat per year, and in the sixteenth and seventeenth years, he shall harvest with green wood, paying two hundred silver drachmas per year, free from all danger, concerning the arouras leased. If anyone becomes unfit, he shall be accepted by the lessee, concerning the public lands of the land per year, towards Phanias, who shall have the right to the fruits until the debts are settled. The lease shall be confirmed for the two years in fire, the lessee shall measure into the public treasury at his own expense and shall be free from all deductions to the lessee from the first measurement, and the lessee shall pay the silver tax without any deductions. And the transaction shall be valid from him and from all that belongs to him. The lease is valid. (Year) 14 of the Emperor Caesar Marcus Aurelius Antoninus, the Most Honorable, of the Armenian, Median, Parthian, and Germanic.
