Aurelius Pyras, son of Besa, and Maria, my sister Rosé, to make the land of her own, and Antheria, daughter of Senouth and Kyra, from the village of Thinos of the Thinite nomos, providing for themselves a signature and witnesses of this eternal transaction, those who sign this below, we set forth this record to remain in this lawful transaction and not to violate it forever: Aurelius Pachymius Psatus, a purple seller from the city of Panos, now with the providence of God remaining in the same village of Thinos, greetings.
We confess with a voluntary mind and free will and sincere conscience and unchangeable reasoning and unrepentant choice, with a truly right understanding, to every most complete lordship and authority and eternal possession to have been done and recorded in good faith to you today, convinced of the differing house of ours, whole with all of its just property, situated in the same village of Thinos upon the public street called the guard, coming to us from the inheritance of the division, accordingly to those we have just and secure rights concerning it from the square of the house thus: to the south, the house of Mousaios Psaros the elder, with one door opened; to the north, the public street; to the west, the house of Monathios Pamidou; to the east, the house of Pevotos Horus and the house of the priamenon Pachymius or whoever may be neighbors from every side from the ground to the air, and to you, the priamenon Pachymius, to dominate this and to prevail and to have all lordship and to improve and to build and to sell and to resell if you wish to leave to the heirs and successors and co-owners and to grant, and if you wish for all time, of the agreed honor towards each other, agreed and added to our trial, of golden keratia thirteen, which is the full honor we have established, we will give back Pyras and Antheria from you, the eternal Pachymius, from hand to hand from house to house in full number, as I have known, of the assurance of this being made from us and from our heirs, successors, and co-owners according to every assurance from all of the supervening or contesting for our name or private debt or public obligation or any other thing simply at any time, if it should happen, which may not be, to have victory or to have any dispute arise concerning this or concerning a part of it upon us, the ones giving back and our heirs and successors and co-owners of ours, to be free from all of the supervening or contesting or to know the proposed price in double and all the expenses and the expenditures incurred for the improvement of this building and into a fine, if it should happen, similarly in double and in the giving of a fine of gold, we have agreed to six. And concerning all that has been written above, having been asked, we have agreed.
