I wish to purchase from uncultivated vineyard land under lease near the aforementioned village, from surrendered land of abandoned cultivation, for planting vegetables, 16 1/32 arouras, neighbors to the south and southwest abandoned land, north the canal called Protes, east my own vineyard, at the price of 52 drachmas per aroura and the following conditions, on condition that, having been approved, I will register the price and the following payments at the public bank.
