in the five-year period [due] to the fact that it is still unproductive from the year of Commodus (the year) of Marcus Aurelius Commodus, of Antoninus Caesar, the lord.

To Apollonios, strategos of the Arsinoite nome, Herakleides division,
from Petautes, village scribe of Syron and other villages.
Regarding the promise given to you by Tasoukis, daughter of Pathynes, together with her guardian, her husband Sokmetis, son of Pathynes,
who wishes to purchase from the properties set aside for sale by the administration,
formerly belonging to Sokmas, son of Sokmas, grandson of Sokmas,
who was formerly a grain collector in the village, a house and a small house and a courtyard,
neighbors of the entire property: to the south, vacant plots; to the north, entrance and exit;
to the west, Psonthneus, son of Pa[ -ca.?- ] and partners, house and entrance and exit;
to the east, Pathynes [ -ca.?- ], house;
at the price of silver drachmas [ -ca.?- ] and the following conditions.
I declare that the aforementioned plots, having been inspected and determined to be entirely ownerless and unsold,
are not worthy of being publicly auctioned due to their poor condition, valued at drachmas [ -ca.?- ],
from which nothing has been gained during the past five-year period, because they have been unproductive for a long time, since the 19th year of Commodus.
In the 25th year of Marcus Aurelius Commodus Antoninus Caesar, the lord.
