† γνῶσις ὧν ἀπώλεσα ἐγώ Ἐπιφάνιος καὶ ὑπονοῶ τὸν εὐλαβέστατον Ἱέριον Πατρόφιλον τὸ κλειδίον τὸ μέγα τοῦ ὑπερῴου, δύο κυπαρίσσια ἀπὸ τοῦ δώματος διωρόφου, ὄρνιθας ἕξ, τράπεζαν. ὅτε ἐκένωσεν τὸν οἶκον αὐτοῦ, ἔδωκα αὐτῷ δύο δωμάτια ἵνα εἰσελάσῃ εἰς αὐτὰ καὶ οὐκ ἀνέδωκεν μοι αὐτά. †

† Ἐπιφάνιος Δαμιανοῦ πρεσβύτερος ἐδεξάμην τὸν ὅρκον παρὰ αὐτοῦ εὐλαβεστάτου Ἱερίου. †

English Translation

† Acknowledgment of the things which I, Epiphanios, have lost, and I suspect the most reverent Hierios Patrophilos: the large key of the upper room, two cypress beams from the two-storied roof, six birds, and a table. When he emptied his house, I gave him two rooms so that he might enter into them, and he has not returned them to me. †

† I, Epiphanios, son of Damianos, presbyter, received the oath from the most reverent Hierios himself. †
