Flauii Leontius Valentius polituans et Theodorus Obodianus epistellomen
To the most honorable (officials) at the appropriate time, to the golden receivers of this metropolis and of those from the group of Augusta Politeia of the mountains.
We, Flavius Leontius Valentius, acting as officials, and Theodorus Obodianus, send the subordinate matters:
A vineyard property belongs to me, Theodorus, from my paternal inheritance, located in Beth El Alkev, to the resident called Mal Uda, registered in the public records of the city of the citizens of Augusta Politeia.
Through the most honorable Horion Leontius, my grandfather, having been made in favor of my father, Leontius, for Magdios Euzoi, his servant, born of him. The contributions of this property, bringing together into the half of the third eighth sixtieth, I, Theodorus, and the most honorable Obodianus, my father, have brought down, both to the most honorable Valentius, my father Leontius, and to me, Leontius, the rightful contributions of the aforementioned property, having been established until the past second indictment, for which I, Leontius, have no account against Theodorus the most honorable, because of the many things that have been said.
Now, therefore, we both, in the present, having gathered well, it is good for me, Theodorus, to send you the contributions regarding the aforementioned vineyard property to be established through the public documents, I send to you, the most honorable Basil, and to those at the appropriate time, the most honorable officials, to weigh my word and person in each case from the group of Augusta Politeia for the vineyard half of the third eighth sixtieth.

Φλά(ουιοι) (Flavii)
† To the most reverend gold-receivers at the appropriate time of this metropolis and of the districts belonging to it from the territory of Augustopolis.
We, Flavii Leontios, son of Valens, a citizen, and Theodore, son of Obodianos, write the following:
A vineyard property belongs to me, Theodore, from my paternal inheritance, located in Beth el Alkeb, in the uninhabited hamlet called Mal Ouda, registered in the public codex of the city of the Augustopolitans through the most blessed Horion Leontios, grandfather on my father's side, Leontios, on behalf of Magdios, slave of Euzoius, who belonged to him.
However, the taxes of this property, amounting to half, a third, an eighth, and a sixtieth of a free jugerum, were paid by me, Theodore, and by the most blessed Obodianos, son of Obodianos, my father, to the most blessed Valens, father of me, Leontios, and to me, Leontios, who have held the right of taxation for the aforementioned property until the past second indiction, concerning which I, Leontios, have no claim against Theodore, the most honorable, since so much has been paid as stated.
Therefore, since we both presently agree that it is proper for me, Theodore, to have the taxes for the aforementioned vineyard property [...] through the public records, I instruct you, the most reverend Basilios, and the most reverend receivers at the appropriate time, to charge my account and person accordingly from the territory of Augustopolis for the vineyard property, half, a third, an eighth, and a sixtieth of a jugerum.
