I confess through this evidence of mine that I have been released and filled by you regarding the matters of the indiction of the past year, the tenth indiction of the sixth part of the territory of Sargadi, for the year concerning the one half of the twenty. The fourth of the same assembly, not of the cohabitation from the inheritance of the most blessed, and the other part of the assembly of the same territory, to the most magnificent Aelian, of the illustrious Monachus, and to the most beloved John, of the Waress, and to be fulfilled of the pre-written seed of the territory, my cohabitation of the mentioned years, and I confess in my own danger and of my own standing, not to have any reason to have, neither my mentioned cohabitant to be heirs or successors of the pre-mentioned territory.
