Translation

"Having departed secretly, I have given you a report concerning her in the month of Pachon of the sixth year. And as she was passing through the fort and seeing Ammonia near Demos."

English Translation

After she had departed and was hiding, I submitted to you an accusation against her on the 24th of Pachon of the 6th year.
On the 28th of the same month, while passing through the fortress, I saw Ammonia with Demos.
